某院2021年门诊醋乌梅饮片使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院醋乌梅中药饮片的临床应用情况,为醋乌梅的合理使用提供依据。方法基于医院使用的PASSPA2(PASS Pharm Assist)系统,收集2021年1~12月使用醋乌梅中药饮片的门诊处方,采用回顾性分析方法分析处方中醋乌梅的使用情况。结果673张使用醋乌梅中药饮片的门诊处方中,醋乌梅的平均使用剂量为12.73 g,在药物使用剂量规定范围(6~12 g)的处方占比为47.99%;患者平均年龄40.27岁,且女性患者人数多于男性患者。醋乌梅还可与其他多种具有不同药理作用的中药配伍治疗热证、虚证、寒证等其他中医证型,最常配伍补虚药、清热药以及解表药;临床应用前三的科室依次为国医堂、妇科和儿科。结论醋乌梅作为乌梅的醋制品,常用于治疗湿热带下、皮炎湿疹、鼻鼽、鼻渊、咳嗽、哮喘、腹痛、泄泻以及糖尿病等疾病,与其性味功效相一致,常用剂量在10 g或15 g。Objective To analyze the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine slices of vinegar dark plum in a hospital,so as to provide basis for the rational use of vinegar dark plum.Methods Based on the PASSPA2(PASS Pharm Assist)system used in the hospital,the outpatient prescriptions of vinegar dark plum decoction pieces from January to December 2021 were collected,and the use of vinegar dark plum in the prescriptions was analyzed by retrospective analysis method.Results In 673 outpatient prescriptions using vinegar dark plum decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine,the average dosage of vinegar dark plum was 12.73 g,the proportion of prescriptions within the prescribed dosage range(6-12g)was 47.99%.The average age of the patients was 40.27 years old,and the number of female patients was more than that of male patients.Vinegar dark plum can also be compatible with many other traditional Chinese medicines with different pharmacological effects.It is used to treat many other TCM syndrome types such as heat syndrome,deficiency syndrome and cold syndrome.It is most often compatible with tonifying deficiency drugs,heat clearing drugs and surface relieving drugs.The top three departments in clinical application are Guoyitang,gynecology and pediatrics.Conclusion Vinegar dark plum as a vinegar product in dark plum,it has been widely used in the treatment of damp heat,dermatitis,eczema,rhinorrhea,cough,asthma,abdominal pain,diarrhea and diabetes,and its efficacy is consistent with its Nature,Taste and Actions.The usual dose is 10 g or 15 g.
