摘  要:为了探究东涛鸡开产前血液主要生理生化指标的特性,试验对30只东涛鸡(公母各半)开产前血液中12项生理指标和9项生化指标进行测定。结果表明:性别对东涛鸡血液生理生化指标有一定影响,公鸡的血红蛋白浓度、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度3项生理指标和总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白3项生化指标都极显著高于母鸡,公鸡的甘油三酯极显著低于母鸡(P<0.01),公鸡的球蛋白显著低于母鸡,公鸡的葡萄糖显著高于母鸡(0.01<P<0.05),其余生理生化指标公母鸡之间虽有差异,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。本试验结果为东涛鸡种质资源研究和品种开发利用提供理论依据。In order to explore the characteristics of the main blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Dongtao chicken before laying,this study measured 12 blood physiological indexes and 9 biochemical indexes of 30 Dongtao chickens(15 roosters and 15 hens).The results showed that blood physiological and biochemical indexes of Dongtao chicken were affected by sex.Three physiological indicators including hemoglobin concentration,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration and three biochemical indexes including total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein were all significantly higher in male chickens compared to female chickens.The triglycerides of roosters were significantly lower than hens(P<0.01).The globulin of roosters was significantly lower than that of hen.The glucose of roosters was significantly higher than that of hens(0.01<P<0.05).All the other physiological and biochemical indexes between roosters and hens were not significant(P>0.05).
