摘  要:海洋工程装备产业在中国海洋强国战略中占据重要的基础和支撑地位。本文运用专利分析法对中国海洋工程装备产业创新现状与趋势、空间分布、技术构成、专利合作等情况进行分析。结果表明,近十年间,中国海洋工程装备产业专利总体呈现快速增长态势和区域间非均衡发展态势。当前中国海洋工程装备产业创新以企业为主,高等院校的重要创新源泉功能在海洋工程装备产业尚未显现。基于全球视野,诸多产业创新中合作创新日益加强,而海洋工程装备产业中,企业与高校对外的专利合作也不断增强,产学之间的合作创新具有坚实的技术基础。The ocean engineering equipment industry is off undamental position among ocean industries.Patent analysis is used to analyze the current situation and trend,spatial distribution,technology composition and patent cooperation of China’s ocean engineering equipment industry innovation in this paper.The results show that the patent distribution of China’s ocean engineering equipment industry has grown rapidly in the past decade,but is not evenly distributed among regions.At present,China’s ocean engineering equipment industry innovation is dominated by enterprises instead of universities.Based on a global perspective,cooperative innovation in many industrial innovations is increasingly strengthened,and the external patent cooperation of enterprises and universities is also enhanced in the ocean engineering equipment industry.The cooperative innovation between enterprises and university has a solid technological foundation in the ocean engineering equipment industry.
