摘 要:“十三五”时期中国造船业贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于推进供给侧结构性改革、建设海洋强国和制造强国战略部署,全面深化结构调整,加快转型升级发展。全行业经受住国际市场低迷等外部形势严峻考验,造船规模保持全球领先地位。“十四五”时期是中国造船业实现由大到强的战略机遇期,亟须增强科技创新能力,提升产业链、供应链现代化水平,推动全行业高质量发展。基于此,本文全面总结“十三五”时期中国造船业取得的成绩和存在的问题,深入分析“十四五”时期中国造船业面临的新机遇和新挑战,系统提出中国船舶业高质量发展的重点方向。During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China’s shipbuilding industry implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on promoting supply-side structural reform and building a marine and manufacturing power,comprehensively deepened structural adjustment and accelerated transformation and upgrading development.Facing the external environment such as international market downturn,China’s shipbuilding industry scale remained a global leader.The 14th Five-Year Plan period is a strategic opportunity period for China’s shipbuilding industry to realize from large to strong.It is urgent to strengthen the ability of scientific and technological innovation,improve the modernization level of industrial chain and supply chain,and promote the high-quality development of the whole industry.Based on this,this paper comprehensively summarizes the achievements and problems of China’s shipbuilding industry during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,deeply analyzes the new opportunities and challenges during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and systematically puts forward the key direction of high-quality development of China’s shipbuilding industry.
