摘　　要：本文阐述了国际门户枢纽城市(IGHC)发展指数评价体系建立的依据,并以国内20个重要城市为样本,采用科学规范方法进行了IGHC发展指数测度。结果表明,样本城市可分为高级发展层、准高级发展层、高成长发展层、一般发展层等不同等级,它们虽能级有别、水平不一,但各具特色,并从不同侧面彰显出IGHC的鲜明特色。本文还依据IGHC发展指数测度结果开展了三项延展研究:一是结合样本城市一级指标得分情况,对若干重要现象进行了分类解读;二是围绕IGHC建设需求,对沿海和内陆样本城市的不同特征进行了比较研究;三是选择单位GDP用电量指标进行了与IGHC密切相关的发展质量等专题讨论。This paper expounds the basis for the establishment of the International Gateway Hub City(IGHC)development index evaluation system,and takes 20 important cities in China as samples to measure the IGHC development index with scientific and standardized methods.The results show that the sample cities can be divided into different tiers such as advanced development tier,quasi-advanced development tier,high-growth development tier,general development tier.Although they have different energy levels and varied standards,they have their own characteristics,and highlight the distinctive characteristics of IGHC from different aspects.This paper also carried out three extension studies based on the measurement results of IGHC development index:firstly,combining with the first-level index scores of sample cities,some important phenomenons were classified and interpreted;Secondly,the different characteristics of coastal and inland sample cities were compared around the IGHC construction demand.Thirdly,the electricity consumption per unit of GDP index was selected for thematic discussions on the development quality closely related to IGHC.
