摘 要:对比研究了2种高活性催化剂(分别记作1#催化剂、2#催化剂)与同类型普通催化剂及进口催化剂的形貌结构和活性。通过丙烯聚合小试实验,进一步研究了氢气及外给电子体用量对高活性催化剂活性和氢调敏感性的影响。结果表明:高活性催化剂较同类型催化剂的活性提高了约50%;催化剂活性随着氢气及外给电子体用量的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,当氢气与丙烯摩尔比为5.6,n(Si)∶n(Ti)为30时,1#催化剂的活性最高达54.0 kg/(g·h),且具有较好的氢调敏感性。The morphology,structure and activity of highly active catalysts,No.1 and 2,similar domestic and imported catalysts were compared and analyzed.The effects of the amount of hydrogen and external electron donor on the activity and hydrogen modulation sensitivity of highly active catalysts were further studied by a pilot test of propylene polymerization.The results show that the activity of highly active catalysts is increased by about 50%than that of the same type of catalyst;the activity of highly active catalysts increases first and then decreases with the increase of the amount of hydrogen and external electron donor.When the molar ratio of hydrogen to propylene and of Si to Ti are 5.6 and 30 respectively,the activity of the No.1 catalyst is up to 54.0 kg/(g·h)and it performs excellently in hydrogen modulation sensitivity.
