摘  要:对注塑机双曲肘合模机构的受力问题进行分析,并运用Ansys有限元仿真软件,对机构上的动模板和静模板在合模工况下的应力及应变进行仿真分析,得到了动模板和静模板的应力图及应变图,确定了动模板及静模板上受力及变形的最大区域。结果表明:静模板的最大应力主要出现在与模具接触的边缘位置,最大应变在中心孔位置附近;动模板的最大应力主要在与模具接触的边缘位置,最大应变在与拉杆连接的4个孔位置附近。The stress of double-toggle clamping mechanism of injection molding machine was analyzed,and the stress and strain of moving and static templates on the mechanism under clamping condition were simulated and analyzed by Ansys finite element simulation software.The stress and strain diagrams of the moving and the static templates were obtained,the maximum areas of force and deformation on the moving and static templates were determined.The results show that the largest stress on static template is at the edge of the template contacting the mold,the largest strain is near the center hole;the largest stress on moving template is at the edge of the template contacting the mold,the largest strain is near the four holes connecting bars.
