摘  要:研究了交联聚乙烯(XLPE)用3种低密度聚乙烯基体树脂的分子结构,考察其对XLPE在120℃时挤出稳定性和升温交联过程中熔体流动性的影响。结果表明:端乙烯基不饱和双键含量较高的XLPE C在120℃时的挤出稳定性相对较差,交联速率较快,交联后的复数黏度和凝胶含量较高,凝胶含量可达90.0%。The molecular structures of cross-linked polyethylene(XLPE)produced with three low density polypropylene matrix resins were investigated and whose influence on the extrusion stability of XLPE at 120℃and melt fluidity during temperature-rising cross-linking process were observed.The results show that the extrusion stability of XLPE C with a higher content of ethyl-terminated unsaturated double bond is relatively poor at 120℃,its crosslinking rate is faster,and its complex viscosity and gel content after the crosslinking are higher,whose gel content is up to 90%.
