摘  要:氧化铝微粉因具备优异的烧结性能而广泛地应用于耐火材料领域。除了粒径与比表面积,氧化铝微粉中的杂质含量同样会影响微粉烧结性能。鉴于此,本工作研究了Na_(2)O和SiO_(2)对氧化铝微粉烧结性能的影响,比较了各试样于1500℃烧后的线收缩率以及相对理论密度。结果表明,氧化铝微粉的烧结性能与其高温下生成的液相量相关。当氧化铝微粉中Na_(2)O/SiO_(2)>0.5时,全部的SiO_(2)与部分的Na_(2)O参与液相生成。此时微粉中SiO_(2)的含量越高,生成的液相量越多,粉体呈现出更优的烧结性能。当氧化铝微粉中0.25<Na_(2)O/SiO_(2)<0.5时,所有的Na_(2)O与SiO_(2)均参与液相的生成。此时微粉中Na_(2)O与SiO_(2)总含量越高,生成的液相量越多,相应试样烧后呈现更大的收缩率与更高的致密度。Fine alumina powders are widely used in the refractory field due to its outstanding sinterability.Except for particle size and specific surface area,the sintering behavior of fine alumina powders also depends on impurities.Therefore,the influence of Na_(2)O and SiO_(2) on the sintering behavior of alumina powders was investigated by comparing shrinkage and relative density of samples sintered at 1500℃.The results indicated that liquid amount had a significant influence on the sintering behavior of alumina powders.When Na_(2)O/SiO_(2) was greater than 0.5,partial Na_(2)O and all SiO_(2) participated in the formation of liquid.In this case,more liquid phase generated in alumina powders with higher SiO_(2) content,which led to better sinterability.When 0.25<Na_(2)O/SiO_(2)<0.5,all Na_(2)O and SiO_(2) were involved in the formation of liquid.Therefore,the higher the total content of Na_(2)O and SiO_(2) in the powders was,the more liquid phase would generate,and the sample sintered at 1500℃ presented greater linear shrinkage and higher relative density.
