摘 要:通过熔融法制得氟硅碱钙石微晶玻璃,研究了氟含量对其显微结构和性能的影响。利用XRD对其物相进行分析,SEM用于观察断裂面形貌。重点研究了样品的力学和光学性能,包括抗弯强度、透光率、乳光参数、不透明度、对比度和遮色度。结果表明,氟含量过高或过低时,都会导致强度的下降,只有在加入适当含量的氟时,氟硅碱钙石微晶玻璃才能有相当高的强度。当氟含量低至2.5 wt%时,会生成另一种相似的但更厚的晶体frankamenite,从而导致强度下降。当氟含量高至6.5 wt%时,生成层状的易解理的氟化钙晶体,导致强度降低。当氟含量为3.5~5.5 wt%时,可以获得强度较高的样品,在这个范围内,增加氟的含量会降低透光率,但会增强乳光效果。通过调整氟含量,可以制得高强度、良好乳光效果的氟硅碱钙石微晶玻璃。本文中研究的氟硅碱钙石微晶玻璃具有性能可控,无辐射等优点,在建筑装饰领域具有良好的应用前景,可用于替代天然石材,达到更加优异的装饰效果。In this work,the fluorcanasite glass ceramics were prepared by melting method to investigate the influence of fluorine content on microstructure and optical performance of fluorcanasite glass ceramics.The phase composition was verified by XRD test,and the micro-morphology was observed by SEM.Mechanical and optical properties of the samples were evaluated by measuring and calculating the flexure strength,light transmittance,opalescence parameter,translucency parameter,contrast ratio,and masking effect parameter.The results show that when the fluorine content is too high or too low,the strength will decrease,and only when the appropriate fluorine content is added,the glass-ceramics can have quite high strength.The obtained crystal named frankamenite is thick and its strength decreases when the fluoride content decline to 2.5 wt%.When the fluoride content reaches 6.5 wt%,layered calcium fluoride will be generated,which will lead to fall in strength as the crystal is easy to cleavage.Under the premise of ensuring the required strength(3.5~5.5 wt%),increasing fluorine content will reduce the light transmittance,but enhance the opalescence effect.By adjusting the content of fluorine,the fluorcanasite glass-ceramics with high strength and opalescent effect can be prepared.Because of its controllable properties and non-radioactivity,fluorcanasite glass ceramics has a good application prospect in the field of architectural decoration.It can replace natural stone to achieve more excellent decorative effect.
