摘 要:钡长石系微晶玻璃具有耐高温、热膨胀系数低、抗氧化性好等优点,已广泛应用于集成电路基板、微波元器件、雷达天线罩等领域,但钡长石多孔陶瓷少见报道。以熔融法制备的含锂钡长石玻璃粉为原料,采用添加造孔剂法和无压烧结法在850~975℃制备了钡长石多孔陶瓷,有望应用于三元催化载体、红外燃烧板等领域。用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对样品的物相组成和显微结构进行分析,研究了烧结温度对钡长石多孔陶瓷物相组成和微观结构的影响。结果表明,随着烧结温度的提高,样品的物相组成由六方相、单斜相共存转变为单一的单斜相,显气孔率逐渐下降,同时抗弯强度呈增加趋势。BaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) glass-ceramics have been widely applied in integrated circuit substrates,microwave components,radar radome and other fields due to their high temperature resistance,low thermal expansion coefficient and great oxidation resistance.However,BaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) porous ceramics are rarely reported.The BaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) porous ceramics were prepared by adding pore-forming agent and pressureless sintering at 850~975℃with the BaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) glass powder prepared by melting method as a raw material,which is expected to be applied in the fields of ternary catalytic carrier and infrared combustion plate.The phase composition and microstructure of specimens were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscopy.The effect of sintering temperature on the phase composition and microstructure of BaAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8) porous ceramics were investigated.The results show that with the increase of sintering temperature,the phase composition of the samples transform from the coexistence of hexagonal phase and monoclinic phase to a sole monoclinic phase,and the apparent porosity decrease gradually,while the flexural strength showed an increasing trend.
