摘  要:以黏土、钾钠长石、铝矾土、硅灰石、滑石、氧化铝、抛光废渣为主要原料,通过配方优化与温度控制的微发泡技术,制备了一种可快速烧成、且产品密度在一定范围内可控的轻质高强陶瓷。其密度在1.5~2.2 g/cm^(3),抗折强度在20~35 MPa,吸水率小于0.2%。XRD测试结果表明该微发泡陶瓷砖的主晶相为钙长石;SEM测试结果表明该多孔陶瓷存在两种不同孔径范围的微孔(0~70µm和100~300µm)。分析结果表明,这种采用两种不同形成机理设计出的内部多孔结构陶瓷板具有密度可控、抗折强度高、且烧成时间短的特点。Using clay,K-albite,bauxite,wollastonite,talc,alumina and polishing waste residue as the main raw materials,a lightweight high-strength ceramic with rapid firing and controllable product density in a certain range was prepared through the micro foaming technology of formula optimization and temperature control.Its density is 1.5~2.2 g/cm^(3),its flexural strength is 20~35 MPa,and its water absorption is less than 0.1%.XRD results show that the main crystal phase of the micro foamed ceramic tile is anorthite;SEM test results show that the porous ceramic has two micropores with different pore size ranges(0~70µm and 100~300µm).The results show that the ceramic plate with internal porous structure designed by two different formation mechanisms has the characteristics of controllable density,high flexural strength and short firing time.
