摘  要:实验以紫金土、瓷石、石灰石、白云石等天然矿物为主要原料,采用梭式窑在还原气氛下烧成,研究了CaO/(K^(2)O+Na^(2)O)组成对南宋官窑青瓷釉呈色的影响。实验结果表明:烧成温度为1230℃时,釉层显微结构中分布着微米级的气泡、钙长石、石英晶体以及少量的分相(20~30 nm);当CaO/(K^(2)O+Na^(2)O)比值为较低的7/3时,釉层中气泡尺寸较大,晶体含量较少,釉的透明度较高,胎的灰黑色底色容易透过釉层显现出来,从而使得瓷釉的颜色加深呈现灰青色;随着CaO/(K^(2)O+Na^(2)O)比值由7/3增至4/1时,釉层中增多的钙长石和石英晶体以及密集分布于其中的较小尺寸气泡使得釉面乳浊程度提高,削弱了胎体灰黑色对釉面呈色的影响,釉面因此呈现具有玉质感特征的粉青色调。XPS测试表明:CaO/(K^(2)O+Na^(2)O)在7/3~9/1范围内,对釉玻璃网络结构中Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)的影响较小,而对釉层中气泡大小、晶体数量的影响较大,进而影响釉面呈色的变化。In this experiment,natural minerals such as violet golden clay,porcelain stone,limestone,and dolomite were served as the main raw materials to investigate the effect of CaO/(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O)composition on the color rendering of Southern Song Dynasty official kiln celadon glaze by using shuttle kiln under a reducing atmosphere.The results suggest that the microstructure of the glaze is composed of micronsized bubbles,calcium feldspar,quartz crystals,and a small number of fractional phases(20~30 nm).When there is a low ratio of CaO/(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O)at 7/3,the large bubble size and less crystal content lead to higher transparency of the glaze,which further causes the color of the enamel to deepen to a grayishblue color.With the ratio increased to 4/1,incremental calcium feldspar,quartz crystals and the intense distribution of small-sized bubbles enable a higher degree of glaze opacity,which weaken the influence of the gray-black body on the glaze coloring.The glaze therefore presents the pink green color that has jade qualitative feeling characteristic.XPS results show that CaO/(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O)in the range of 7/3~9/1 has little effect on Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)in the network structure of glazed glass,but has great effect on the size of bubbles and the number of crystals in the glaze layer,and then affects the change of glaze color rendering.
