磷-氮-POSS环保阻燃剂的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：磷-氮-硅协同阻燃剂既能发挥氮系优良的协同增效性能,加之硅元素突出的致密稳定炭层结构,加强了隔热、断绝氧的供应、阻止高聚物热降解挥发物的逸出和防止熔滴滴落等作用,具有绿色、高效、综合性能优良的应用优势。本文以KH560、三聚氰胺和磷酸为原料制备了磷-氮-POSS环保型阻燃剂。研究反应温度、反应时间及物料配比对阻燃剂热性能的影响。结果表明,所制备的磷-氮-POSS环保型阻燃剂初始分解温度为264℃,经800℃热处理后残碳量高达27%。其较好的合成工艺为:KH560/三聚氰胺质量比是0.5,在40℃温度下反应2 h。P-N-Si flame retardants have the application advantages of green,high efficiency and excellent comprehensive properties.In this work,phosphorus nitrogen poss environmental friendly flame retardant was prepared from KH560,melamine and phosphoric acid.And the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time and material ratio on the thermal properties of flame retardant were studied.The results show that the initial decomposition temperature of the prepared phosphorus nitrogen poss environmental friendly flame retardant is 264℃,and the residual carbon content is as high as 27%after 800℃.The better synthesis process is as follows:the mass ratio of KH560/melamine is 0.5,and the reaction is carried out at 40℃for 2 h.
