摘  要:目的:采用HPLC建立竹茹配方颗粒特征图谱及4-香豆酸含量测定方法,为相关药品及保健品研究与评价提供参考。方法:采用WondaSil C_(18) for Herbal Medicine(4.6×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温30℃,检测波长254,309 nm,进样量10 L。结果:采用同一梯度不同波长条件建立了竹茹配方颗粒特征图谱及4-香豆酸含量测定方法,标定4个特征峰,30 min内主要色谱峰可达到有效分离,并对4-香豆酸进行定量。结论:所建方法简便、高效,结果准确可靠,能够为竹茹配方颗粒的质量控制提供参考。Objective:To establish a method of characteristic spectrum and determination of p-counaric acid of Bamboo Shavings formula granules by HPLC;To provide references for research and evaluation of related drugs and health care products.Methods:HPLC analysis was performed on WondaSil C_(18) for Herbal Medicine column(4.6×250 mm,5μm)with gradient elution of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The column temperature was maintained at 30℃,the detection wavelength was 254 nm and 309 nm,and the sample volume was 10μL.Results:A method of characteristic chromatogram and determination of Bamboo Shavings formula granules was established using the same gradient at different wavelength conditions.Four characteristic peaks were marked.The main chromatographic peaks could be effectively separated and p-coumaric acid could be quantified within 30 min.Conclusions:The method is simple,efficient and accurate.It can provide a reference for the quality control of Bamboo Shavings formula granules.
