摘  要:主要介绍了中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司9.01万t/a乙苯装置烃化反应低温热利用现状及未来潜力研究情况,根据装置实际运行情况,通过技改增设干气反应产物换热器,充分利用反应热提高反应进料干气温度,降低燃料气消耗78~87 kg/h,提高低温反应产物热利用率同时避免了换热器泄漏带来的风险,降低了加热炉出口温度。同时以夹点技术为理论依据和指导方法,对改造后烃化反应换热系统的能量利用状况进行分析和优化。夹点分析表明烃化反应系统换热网络存在较大节能改造空间,通过优化和改造换热网络,可将反应系统能耗降低22%。This paper mainly introduces the current situation and future potential of low-temperature heat utilization of hydrocarbonization reaction of ethylbenzene plant of Sinopec Qingdao Oil Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,according to the actual operation of the device,through the technical transformation of the dry gas reaction product heat exchanger,make full use of the reaction heat to increase the reaction feed dry gas temperature,reduce the fuel gas consumption by 78~87 kg/h,improve the heat utilization rate of low temperature reaction products while avoiding the risk of heat exchanger leakage,and reduce the outlet temperature of the heating furnace.At the same time,based on the gripping technology and guiding method,the energy utilization status of the heat exchange system of the hydrocarbonization reaction after the transformation is analyzed and optimized.The pinch point analysis shows that there is a large space for energy-saving transformation of the heat exchange network of the hydrocarbonization reaction system,and the energy consumption of the reaction system can be reduced by 22%by optimizing and modifying the heat exchange network.
