摘  要:针对靖边气田盐膏层钻遇率低、井下复杂情况及事故频发的现象,常用的聚磺欠饱和盐水钻井液体系除了密度较高,打开盐膏层之前需要进行承压堵漏外,对设备要求较高,腐蚀较大。评价KCl相比于NaCl的优点以及加量对体系性能的影响以优选基浆,对比几种不同类型低聚物添加剂对流变性、滤失性的影响以优选体系。结果表明,加入8%KCl时基浆性能最佳;加入2%PC-Ⅱ后的低聚物欠饱和盐水钻井液体系性能最好,具有良好的润滑防卡能力,初滤失时间70 s,API滤矢量3 mL、高温高压滤矢量8 mL。该体系在靖27-2井和靖27-3井应用结果显示,应用井段井壁稳定、井径规则、电测及录井显示较好,实现了储层保护、提高盐膏层钻遇率的目的。In view of the low drilling rate of salt-rock horizon,the frequent occurrence of the well-hole complication and accidents in the Jingbian gas field.The commonly used polysulfonic undersaturated brine drilling fluid system requires high pressure plugging before opening the salt-rock horizon,and has high requirements for equipment and corrosion.To evaluate the advantages of KCl compared with NaCl and the effect of addition on the properties of the system,to optimize the base paste.The effects of several kinds of oligomer additives on rheology and filtration were compared to optimize the drilling fluid system.The results show that,the performance of the basal pulpis best when adding 8%KCl.The performance of the system with 2%PC-II is the best.It has good ability of lubrication and anti-jamming,the first filtration time is 70 s,API filter loss is 3 mL,high temperature and high pressure filter loss is 8 mL.The application results of the system in Jing 27-2 and Jing 27-3 wells show that the application of the well section wall stability,well diameter rules,electric logging and mud logging are better.The aim of reservoir protection and increasing drilling rate of salt-rock horizon is realized.
