摘　　要：以产量达10万t/a的乙醇胺装置中的蒸氨塔设计为例,从设计参数,选材(双相钢)、结构设计、设计载荷分析等,浅谈一下蒸氨塔的设计,分享一下本人在塔器设计过程每一步是如何考虑分析,结合规范及经验后,采取相应措施,做出合理的选择,希望大家有所收获。Based on the production of 100 kt/a of steamed ammonia tower design of ethanolamine unit as an example,from the design parameters,material selection,dual phase steel,structural design,design load analysis,etc.,and talk a steamed ammonia tower design,to share my every step in the tower design process is how to consider analysis,combined with the specification and experience,take corresponding measures,make reasonable choice,I hope you found it interesting.
