低管电压扫描在CT血管成像技术中的应用研究现状

摘　　要：随着高端多层螺旋CT技术的迅速发展,CT血管成像(computed tomography angiography,CTA)近年来在冠脉和外周血管疾病诊断中的应用日趋广泛,检查中的放射辐射剂量过高可诱发癌症的风险备受关注。而低管电压扫描的应用在保证图像质量的同时大大减少受检者的辐射剂量,可以很好地解决这个问题,成为目前研究的热点。就低管电压扫描在CT血管成像技术中的应用进展予以综述。With the rapid development of high-end multi-slice spiral CT technology,computed tomography angiography(CTA)technology has become increasingly widely used in the diagnosis of coronary and peripheral vascular diseases in recent years,and the risk of cancer induced by excessive radiation dose in examination has attracted much attention.The application of low tube voltage scanning can not only ensure the image quality,but also greatly reduce the radiation dose of the subject,which can solve this problem well,and has become the focus of current research.The application of low tube voltage scanning in CT angiography is reviewed.
