摘 要:肾脏囊性病变是临床较为常见的一类肾脏疾病,1986年Bosniak等人首次提出基于断层扫描的肾脏囊性病变分级系统。2019版Bosniak分级的提出完善了肾脏囊性病变的分类,对影像及临床诊断提供了更明确的指导。合理运用各种检查手段并对病变进行准确的分级,对临床医师的诊疗具有一定的指导意义。本文基于Bosniak分级系统对肾脏囊性病变的分类,综述了三种主要的影像学检查方法对肾脏囊性病变的分级评价并加以对比,并对其研究进展做一综述。Cystic renal masses is a relatively common type of renal disease in clinical practice.Since 1986,Bosniak proposed a classification system for cystic renal masses based on computed-tomography.The 2019 Bosniak classification improves the classification of cystic renal masses and provides clearer guidance for imaging and clinical diagnosis.Reasonable use of various inspection methods and accurate grading of masses have certain guiding significance for clinicians'diagnosis and treatment.Based on the classification of cystic renal masses by the Bosniak grading system,this paper reviews and compares the grading evaluation of renal cystic lesions by three main imaging methods,and summarizes the research progress.
