摘 要:目的:设计一种氧气浓度监测装置,以实时监测飞行员航空供氧面罩内的氧气体积分数。方法:该装置以ATMEGE328P-AU单片机为主控芯片,硬件由自研氧气传感器、压力传感器和控制电路组成,软件采用IAR Embedded Workbench for Atmel AVR V5.1编程。其中氧气传感器主要由传感器核心、隔热层、调理电路、电极引线、防尘钢网和外壳组成,控制电路主要由电源电路、信号检测电路和通信电路组成。通过低压舱模拟飞机座舱内可能经历的5个气压高度(地面、2.0 km、4.0 km、6.0 km、8.0 km),评估该装置在不同低气压环境中的氧气体积分数测量精度。结果:该装置在不同低气压环境中测量氧气体积分数的绝对误差范围为-1.77%~1.80%,测量值接近真实值。结论:该装置能够实现对航空供氧面罩内氧气体积分数的实时监测,可为飞行员高空缺氧预警提供技术支撑。Objective To design an oxygen concentration monitoring device to oversee the oxygen volume fraction in the pilot's aviation oxygen mask at real time.Methods An oxygen concentration monitoring device was developed with ATMEGE328P-AU microcontroller as the main control chip,which had the hardware consisting of a self-made oxygen sensor,a pressure sensor and a control circuit and the software programmed by IAR Embedded Workbench for Atmel AVR V5.1.The oxygen sensor was composed of a sensor core,a thermal insulation layer,a conditioning circuit,electrode leads,a dust-proof steel mesh and a housing,and the control circuit was made up of a power supply circuit,a signal detection circuit and a communication circuit.The accuracy of the oxygen concentration monitoring device developed for detecting the oxygen volume fraction in different low-pressure environments was evaluated by simulating five pressure altitudes(ground,2.0 km,4.0 km,6.0 km and 8.0 km)that might be experienced in the aircraft cockpit through a low-pressure chamber.Results The absolute errors of the device developed for measuring the oxygen volume fraction in different low-pressure environments ranged from-1.77%to 1.80%,and the measured values were close to the true ones.Conclusion The device developed realizes real-time monitoring of oxygen volume fraction in the aviation oxygen mask,and provides technical support for pilot hypoxia warning in high altitudes.
