摘　　要：目的:为规范江苏省成人预防接种管理、提高接种门诊服务效率,设计一款成人预防接种管理系统。方法:该系统采用组件化、面向对象的开发模式,基于前后端分离的技术架构进行设计,其中前端采用Vue.js、Element UI和Echarts等技术进行开发,后端采用Java编程语言、Springboot开发框架和MyBatis对象持久化技术进行开发。整个系统包括单位信息管理、工作人员报审、统计分析、接种门诊运行配置、日常接种管理、公众自助服务6个功能模块。结果:该系统实现了对疫苗登记及预约、健康询问、疫苗接种等环节的管理,可避免错种、漏种及提前接种等情况的发生,能确保疫苗接种的安全和可追溯。结论:该系统实现了对成人预防接种全过程的信息化管理,提高了预防接种服务的效率。Objective To design an adult prophylactic vaccination management system to standardize the management of adult vaccination and improve the efficiency of outpatient vaccination in Jiangsu Province.Methods An adult prophylactic vaccination management system was formed with a component-based object-oriented mode and designed with a front-end and back-end separation architecture,in which the front-end was developed with technologies such as Vue.js,Element UI and Echarts,and the back-end was realized with Java programming language,Springboot development framework and MyBatis object persistence technology.There were six function modules involved in the system developed for organization information management,staff reporting and examination,statistical analysis,outpatient vaccination configuration,daily vaccination management and public self-service.Results The system developed fulfilled the management of vaccine registration and reservation,health inquiry and vaccination,which avoided the occurrence of wrong vaccination,missed vaccination and unti-mely vaccination and ensured the safety and traceability of vaccination.Conclusion The system implements the informatized management of the whole process of adult prophylactic vaccination and improves the efficiency of the vaccination service.
