当归四逆汤对寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者疼痛症状与生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨当归四逆汤治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法本研究选取2018年1月至2021年3月在浙江省金华市妇幼保健院就诊的子宫内膜异位症患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组(60例)和对照组(60例)。对照组采用地诺孕素治疗,研究组采用当归四逆汤治疗。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后痛经评分、生活质量评分,不良反应发生率。结果研究组临床疗效优于对照组,两组痛经评分较治疗前均降低且研究组低于对照组,两组生活质量(情感职能、健康状况、精力)评分较治疗前均升高且研究组高于对照组;研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆汤能缓解寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症疼痛症状,在提高其生活质量与降低不良反应发生率方面均有重要意义,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the application effect of Danggui Sini Decoction in endometriosis of cold coagulation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 120 patients with endometriosis who were treated in Jinhua Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected,and they were divided into study group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Dinogestrin,and the study group was treated with Danggui Sini Decoction.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed,the dysmenorrhea scores,the quality of life scores before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group,the dysmenorrhea score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the scores of quality of life(emotional function,health status,energy)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Sini Decoction can effectively relieve the pain symptoms of endometriosis patients of cold coagulation and blood stasis type,and is of great significance in improving their quality of life and reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and is worthy of popularization.
