加强基层社区工作者队伍建设的有效进路探究

摘　　要：在深入推进基层社区治理融入到全面深化改革的历史进程中,新时代基层社区工作者扮演着十分重要的角色。基层社区治理作为国家治理的基础性工程越来越受到重视,而社区工作者又是社区治理中不可或缺的支撑力量,但当前基层社区工作者队伍却面临着诸多挑战,工作岗位的压力、职业体系存在缺陷、社区环境淡漠等因素严重影响着基层社区治理的良性发展。在充分把握了基层社区工作者在基层社会治理中的地位、面临的困境与成因的基础上,从基层党组织的党建引领的角度提出加强基层社会工作者队伍建设的对策,旨在改善社区工作者在基层社会治理中面临的困境,提高其参与基层社会治理的能力与水平。In the historical process of deepening grassroots community governance and comprehensively deepening reform,grassroots community workers in the new era play a very important role.Grassroots community governance as the basic project of national governance has received more and more attention,and community workers are an indispensable supporting force in community governance,but current grassroots community workers are facing many challenges,such as job pressure,defective occupational system,and indifferent community environment,which seriously affect the healthy development of grassroots community governance.On the basis of fully grasping the status,difficulties and causes of grassroots community workers in grassroots social governance,countermeasures to strengthen the construction of grassroots social workers are proposed from the perspective of Party building and guidance of grassroots party organizations,aiming to improve the dilemma faced by community workers in grassroots social governance and improve their ability and level to participate in grassroots social governance.
