摘 要:在深水油气生产采用水下生产系统模式时,常规修井作业须动用半潜式钻井平台,由于高昂的修井成本限制了深水修井频率,使深水油气田在投产之后几乎很少实施后续的增产作业。但是,部分修井作业可以在不动生产管柱的条件下进行,例如采用小尺寸的修井隔水管及水下井口压力控制系统,单体工程船即可以实施修井系统的安装和修井作业,可提升修井的作业效率。分析了深水水下井口修井的作业类型,针对不动生产管柱的轻型、中型修井作业,分析了修井系统的配置及关键设备特点和设计时应考虑的主要因素,给出了典型修井作业程序及作业风险应对方案,可为深水修井技术和装备的研发提供参考。The subsea production system is frequently used in deep-water petroleum development. During the general workover operation, the semi-submersible drilling rig is employed to re-enter the wellbore to intervent the well. Since high workover costs limit the frequency of deep-water workovers, follow-up stimulation operations are rarely implemented in deep-water oil and gas fields after they are put into production. Some of the interventions can be operated without retrieving the production string, which is known as light and medium workover operation. By using the slim workover riser and monohull vessel, the daily rate is less than the semi-submersible drilling rig. The related subsea wellbore barrier is different from to the general subsea drilling wellhead pressure control system. The workover without retrieving the production string was focused on, the design principle and requirement were analyzed, the risk and emergency response methods were proposed, and the conclusion can be referenced in deep-water workover operation and development of equipment.
