摘  要:页岩气、致密气、致密油等非常规油气的大力开发对压裂工具与技术提出了更高要求。介绍了国外压裂工具与技术的新进展。压裂工具包括InterFrac^(TM)多级压裂系统、BLITZ^(TM)连续油管压裂滑套系统、快速压裂系统、DEEPFRAC深水多级压裂系统、Toe-XT液压滑套、Elect®电子压裂滑套、i-Opener TD趾端滑套、ProDrill® Express系列复合压裂桥塞、ProDrill®Velocity^(TM)Fast-Drillout复合压裂桥塞、MILLITE^(TM)压裂桥塞、Scorpion^(TM)复合压裂桥塞、VapR可溶解压裂桥塞和Illusion® Spire可溶解压裂桥塞;压裂技术包括BroadBand Shield裂缝几何形状控制技术、PSI-Clone固体火箭推进剂压裂技术、MajiFrac Plus压裂技术和微压裂技术;而支撑剂包括导电支撑剂、超低密度支撑剂、陶瓷微支撑剂和SandTec®矽尘抑制支撑剂涂层。在此基础上,对国内压裂工具与技术的未来发展提出了建议。提出我国应尽快完成核心压裂工具与技术的国产化,以实现页岩气和致密油气的经济有效开发。The vigorous development of unconventional oil and gas,such as shale gas,tight gas,and tight oil,has put forward higher requirements for fracturing tools and technologies.The new development of fracturing tools and techniques abroad was introduced.The fracturing tools include the InterFrac^(TM) multistage frac system,the BLITZ^(TM) coiled tubing frac sleeve system,the rapid frac system,the DEEPFRAC Deepwater multistage frac system,the TOE-XT hydraulic sleeve,the Elect® electronic frac sleeve,the i-opener TD Toe sleeve,and the ProDrill® Express Series Composite frac plug,ProDrill® Velocity^(TM) Fast-Drillout Composite frac plug,MILLITE^(TM) Frac plug,ScorpionComposite frac plug,VapR dissolving frac plug and Illusion® Spire dissolvable frac plug.The fracturing technologies include BroadBand Shield fracture geometry control technology,PSI-Clone solid rocket propellant fracturing technology,MajiFrac Plus fracturing technology,and microfracturing technology.The proppants include conductive proppant,ultra-low density proppant,ceramic microproppant,and SandTec® silica dust suppressor proppant coatings.On this basis,suggestions for the future development of fracturing tools and technologies in China were put forward.In order to realize the economical and effective development of shale gas and tight oil and gas,the localization of core fracturing tools and technologies should be completed as soon as possible.
