摘 要:由于我国农业耕地环境差异性较大,同时还存在农作物种类、耕种及收获方式的多样性,这对农机产品研发提出了更高要求。为研发具有功能齐全、生产批量小、需求个性化特点的农机产品,提高我国农业机械化水平,笔者对农业机械在模块化设计方面的研究现状进行了综合分析,重点从农业收获机械、农业耕作机械、农业加工机械、农业运输机械四个方面进行了总结与分析,指出农业机械模块划分、模块化设计应用平台、模块化设计融合与可重构模块化设计是未来农业机械研发趋势,以期为我国农业机械装备模块化设计提供有价值的参考建议。Due to the great differences of agricultural cultivated land environment in China,there are also the diversity of crop types,cultivation and harvest methods,which puts forward higher requirements for the research and development of agricultural machinery products.In order to research and develop agricultural machinery products with complete functions,small production batch and personalized demand,and improve the level of agricultural mechanization in China,the author conducted a comprehensive analysis of the research status of agricultural machinery in modular design,focusing on the summary and analysis of agricultural harvesting machinery,agricultural farming machinery,agricultural processing machinery and agricultural transport machinery.It is pointed out that agricultural machinery module division,modular design application platform,modular design integration and reconfigurable modular design are the future research and development trend of agricultural machinery,with a view to providing valuable reference suggestions for the modular design of agricultural machinery and equipment in China.
