摘 要:为了研究冷轧压下率对C-Cr-Mn-Si低合金钢组织和性能的影响,对其进行了4种冷轧压下率(6%、16%、40%、52%)的冷轧试验。利用光学显微镜、拉伸试验、冲击试验和布氏硬度计等分析了试验钢的组织和性能。结果表明:随着冷轧压下率的增加,试验钢各向异性增加,黑色条带状渗碳体组织逐渐明显,同时在厚度方向上组织不断细化,这有利于试验钢拉伸强度的增加,但会影响其冲击性能。另外,冷轧处理使试验钢产生明显的加工硬化效果,显著提升了其表面硬度,并且随着冷轧压下率的增加,硬度整体呈现增加的趋势。In order to study the effect of cold rolling reduction ratio on microstructure and properties of C-Cr-Mn-Si low alloy steel,cold rolling tests of four cold rolling reduction ratio(6%,16%,40%,52%)were carried out.The microstructure and properties of the experimental steel were analyzed by means of optical microscope,tensile test,impact test and Brinell hardness tester.The results show that with the increase of cold rolling reduction ratio,the anisotropy of the experimental steel increases,the black strip cementite structure gradually becomes obvious,and the microstructure is continuously refined in the thickness direction,which is conducive to the increase of the tensile strength of the experimental steel,but affects its impact properties.In addition,the cold rolling treatment of the experimental steel produces obvious work hardening effect,and significantly improves its surface hardness.With the increase of cold rolling reduction ratio,the hardness shows an increasing trend as a whole.
