摘　　要：化工行业是一个集合了诸多先进技术和复杂工艺的行业,管道在化工行业中有着重要作用。夹套管是化工生产中一种常见的保温管道,可以使管道内液体物料温度不受外界环境的影响,保持恒定状态,还可以避免液体物料结晶和粘度增加,提升管道内液体物料输送的流动性。基于此,文章在分析夹套管优缺点的基础上,提出优化化工装置中夹套管管道的配管设计的措施。The chemical industry is an industry that combines many advanced technologies and complex processes.Pipeline plays an important role in the chemical industry.Jacketed pipe is a common thermal insulation pipe in chemical production,which can make the temperature of liquid materials in the pipe not affected by the external environment,maintain a constant state,avoid the increase of crystallization and viscosity of liquid materials,and improve the fluidity of liquid materials transportation in the pipe.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of jacketed pipe,this paper proposes measures to optimize the piping design of jacketed pipe in chemical plants.
