摘 要:液位仪表广泛应用于石油、化工、电力、水处理等各个行业,其中循环水场冷水池液位是关系到循环水场系统安全生产的关键性参数,液位计故障会造成循环水补水失灵,严重影响到安全生产。为确保液位检测准确和冷水池补水安全,需要增加不同测量原理的液位计,以便对原有液位计进行标定。此液位计需同时能满足就地液位计和远传液位计的功能,选用带远传磁翻板液位计,更有利于冷水池液位测量及自动化控制。Liquid level instruments are widely used in various industries such as petroleum,chemical industry,electric power,water treatment,etc.Among them,the liquid level of the cold water pool in the circulating water field is a key parameter related to the safe production of the circulating water field system.The failure of the liquid level meter will cause circulating water replenishment failure,seriously affect the safety of production.In order to ensure the accuracy of liquid level detection and the safety of water replenishment in the cold water pool,it is necessary to add liquid level gauges with different measurement principles in order to calibrate the original liquid level gauge.This liquid level gauge needs to meet the functions of the local liquid level gauge and the remote transmission level gauge at the same time.The selection of the liquid level gauge with the remote transmission magnetic flap is more conducive to the liquid level measurement and automatic control of the cold water pool.
