摘　　要：从吊装设备选用、受力分析和吊车站位布局等方面进行分析计算对比,同时结合待吊装设备外形尺寸选用合理吊索吊具,结合起重设备吊装性能选用最佳吊装作业设备,可以为乙醇生物能源蒸馏车间大型塔式反应塔吊装施工提供方案。方案针对性强,可为同类设备吊装作业提供经验积累。Analysis,calculation and comparison are made from the aspects of selection of hoisting equipment,stress analysis and crane station layout.At the same time,reasonable slings and slings are selected in combination with the overall dimensions of the equipment to be hoisted.The best hoisting equipment is selected in combination with the hoisting performance of the hoisting equipment,which can provide a scheme for the hoisting construction of large tower reaction tower in ethanol bioenergy distillation workshop.The scheme is highly targeted and can provide experience accumulation for similar equipment hoisting operations.
