脱硫化氢固定床脱液线堵塞原因分析

摘　　要：由于上游装置生产的干气、液化气以及富氢中含有硫化氢、二氧化碳等有害杂质会影响产品的使用,因此在使用之前必须进行脱除。文章对大庆炼化公司炼油生产二部催化作业区产品精制装置运行过程中遇到固定床脱液线堵塞原因进行详细的分析,查找操作过程中或催化剂使用过程中存在问题的原因,并积极采取应对措施,以实现产品精制装置长周期运行。Since the dry gas,liquefied gas and hydrogen-rich produced by the upstream device contain harmful impurities such as hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide,which will affect the use of the product,it must be removed before use.In this paper,the reasons for the blockage of the fixed bed deliquoring line encountered during the operation of the product refining unit in the second catalytic operation area of the refining production of Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company are analyzed in detail,and the reasons for the problems existing in the operation process or the catalyst use process are found out,and active countermeasures to achieve long-term operation of product refining equipment are taken.
