摘 要:根据碳酸二甲酯/二氧化碳(DMC/CO_(2))系统研究有较好分散作用的膜,选择聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)用作膜中输送二氧化碳的媒介物质。在通常情况下,该薄层材料对纯超临界二氧化碳系统的通量伴随聚乙烯亚胺浓度的上升而加大,对DMC/CO_(2)系统的渗透通量伴随聚乙烯亚胺浓度的上升、压力差的增大和环境温度的上升而加大,对DMC/CO_(2)系统的穿透通量则伴随聚乙烯亚胺浓度的上升、压力差的增大和环境温度的提高而加大,分散作用也随聚乙烯亚胺浓度变化,但随压强变动不大,随温度的升高而减小。当温度为30℃,最大压强差为0.5 MPa,而在20℃时,当聚乙烯亚胺的浓度超过40%,膜厚度为35μm时,分离因子为36,最大渗透通量为4.8 g/(m^(2)·h)。According to the dimethyl carbonate/carbon dioxide(DMC/CO_(2))system,the membrane with better dispersion effect was studied,and polyethyleneimine(PEI)was selected as the medium for transporting carbon dioxide in the membrane.Under normal circumstances,the flux of the thin layer material to pure supercritical carbon dioxide system increases with the increase of polyethyleneimine concentration,and the permeation flux to DMC/CO_(2) system increases with the increase of polyethyleneimine concentration and the pressure difference.The penetrating flux to the DMC/CO_(2) system increases with the increase of polyethyleneimine concentration,the increase of pressure difference and the increase of ambient temperature,and the dispersion effect also increases with the increase of polyethyleneimine.The concentration of imine changed,but not much with the pressure,and decreased with the increase of high temperature.When the temperature is 30℃,the maximum pressure difference is 0.5 MPa,while at 20℃,when the concentration of polyethyleneimine exceeds 40%and the film thickness is 35μm,the separation factor is 36,and the maximum permeation flux is 4.8 g/(m^(2)·h).
