人工智能环境下公众信息素养提升探究

摘　　要：以人工智能为核心的信息技术发展对公众信息素养提出了新要求。当前,公众信息素养整体水平与社会智能发展存在一定差距,亟待提升。文章运用文献研究法,通过对公众信息素养提升相关文献进行检索分析,深入了解提升现状,找出问题所在。在此基础上,结合人工智能信息技术发展提出提升策略,包括加强理论研究、引导公众树立意识、构建国家体系、发挥图书馆主导作用、广泛开展科普活动、学习借鉴国外先进经验,以及充分利用人工智能技术提升信息素养。The development of information technology with artificial intelligence(AI)as the core has put forward new requirements for public information literacy.At present,there is a certain gap between the overall level of public information literacy and the development of social intelligence,which needs to be improved urgently.This article uses the literature research method to search and analyze the relevant literature on the improvement of public information literacy,to deeply understand the current situation of improvement,and to find out the problem.On this basis,in combination with the development of AI information technology,we propose improvement strategies,including strengthening theoretical research,guiding the public to establish awareness,building a national system,giving play to the leading role of libraries,widely carrying out science popularization activities,learning from foreign advanced experience,and fully using AI technology to improve information literacy.
