摘　　要：解读与分析2022版《美国呼吸治疗协会临床实践指南:人工气道内吸痰》的形成方法学及实践推荐意见,以期使医护人员了解人工气道吸痰的最新证据,为规范医护人员临床操作、避免不良事件发生提供指导。To interpret and analyze formation methodology and practical recommendations of"American Association for Respiratory Care clinical practice guidelines.Endotracheal suctioning of mechanically ventilated patients with artificial airways"(2022 edition),so as to enable medical staff to understand the latest evidence of suctioning of artificial airways,and provide guidance for standardizing clinical operation of medical staff and avoid adverse events.
