摘　　要：目的:了解乳腺癌病人癌症复发恐惧的潜在类别,分析不同类别病人特征。方法:选取2020年7月—2020年10月在陕西省某三级甲等医院以及肿瘤专科医院乳腺外科接受治疗的205例乳腺癌病人作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、恐惧疾病进展简化量表(FoP⁃Q⁃SF)、积极心理资本问卷(PPQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行调查。结果:乳腺癌病人癌症复发恐惧分为2个潜在类别,即心理功能失调组(57.1%)和心理状态良好组(42.9%)。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR=3.461,P<0.001)、PPQ得分(OR=0.962,P<0.001)、SSRS得分(OR=0.926,P=0.017)是乳腺癌病人癌症复发恐惧的影响因素。结论:乳腺癌病人癌症复发恐惧有明显的分类特征,低年龄、低心理资本及低社会支持的乳腺癌病人癌症复发恐惧水平较高。Objective:To understand latent categories of fear of cancer recurrence of patients with breast cancer and analyze characteristics of different categories of patients.Methods:205 patients with breast cancer who were treated in breast surgery department of a tertiary grade A hospital and cancer hospital in Shaanxi province from July 2020 to October 2020 were selected as research subjects.The general information questionnaire,Fear of Progression Questionnaire-Short Form(FoP⁃Q⁃SF),Positive Psychological Capital Questionnaire(PPQ)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to investigate.Results:Fear of cancer recurrence of patients with breast cancer was divided into two latent categories,the one was the group with psychological dysfunction(57.1%)and another was the group with good psychological status(42.9%).The results of binary Logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=3.461,P<0.001),PPQ score(OR=0.962,P<0.001)and SSRS score(OR=0.926,P=0.017)were influencing factors of fear of cancer recurrence of patients with breast cancer.Conclusions:Fear of cancer recurrence of patients with breast cancer has obvious classification characteristics.Patients with breast cancer have higher fear of cancer recurrence who have younger age,lower psychological capital and lower social support.
