摘 要:针对延长油田特低渗油藏水平井钻井过程中钻井液对储层伤害的问题,以东部油区长6储层为研究对象,通过X衍射、扫描电镜和岩心流动实验,分析了水平井钻井中的储层损害因素并提出了预防对策。实验结果表明:该区块储层属于特低孔、特低渗储层,黏土矿物主要以绿泥石和高岭石为主,伊蒙混层次之,不含蒙脱石。水敏指数为53.82%,盐敏指数为55.86%,碱敏指数为67.20%,应力敏感指数为85.88%,水锁损害率为82%,敏感性损害和水锁损害是造成储层损害的重要因素。采用“防水锁+强抑制”的储层保护对策,优选出高效的防水锁剂F-113和强抑制剂聚胺CYF-1+KCl,形成了“多元协同”的保护特低渗储层的钻井液体系,体系配方为原钻井液+(0.3%~0.5%)防水锁剂F-113+1%聚胺CYF-1+1%KCl。该体系具有良好的配伍性,渗透率恢复率大于85%,满足延长油田东部油区钻井工程及储层保护的技术要求,为延长油田东部油区水平井钻井过程的储层保护提供技术指导。The damage of drilling fluid to reservoir during horizontal well drilling in ultra-low permeability reservoir in Yanchang Oilfield was studied,taking Chang6 reservoir in the eastern oil area as the research object,the reservoir damage factors in horizontal well drilling are analyzed by X diffraction,scanning electron microscope and core flow experiments and the preventive measures are put forward.The experimental results show that the reservoir in this block belongs to ultra-low porosity and ultra-low permeability reservoir,and the clay minerals are mainly chlorite and kaolinite,and the mixture level of illite and mectite,but does not contain montmorillonite.The water sensitivity index is 53.82%,salt sensitivity index is 55.86%,alkali sensitivity index is 67.20%,stress sensitivity index is 85.88%,and water lock damage rate is 82%.Sensitivity damage and water lock damage are important factors that cause reservoir damage.Using“waterproof lock+strong inhibition”reservoir protection countermeasure,optimizing the effective waterproof lock agent F-113 and multiple synergistic inhibitor preparation polyamine CYF-1+KCl,formed to protect the low permeability reservoir of drilling fluid system,the system for the original drilling fluid formula+(0.3%~0.5%)waterproof lock agent F-113+1% polyamine CYF-1+1% KCl.The system has good compatibility,the permeability recovery rate is more than 85%,meet the eastern extension of the oil field oil drilling engineering,and the technical requirements of reservoir protection,to prolong oilfield reservoir protection in the process of drilling horizontal wells in the eastern region to provide technical guidance.
