摘  要:为了研究流体工业中不可避免的冲蚀磨损现象,采用模拟和实验双重方法,针对冲击磨损过程中杂质颗粒冲击角度变化这一重要影响因素,研究了颗粒运行轨迹的变化及靶体被切削表面磨损形貌的动态变化过程,对具体过程进行了Abaqus有限元模拟,通过硬质高速钢颗粒冲击柔性铝合金靶板实验加以验证。实验结果表明:不同入射角度下,颗粒冲击靶板后得到冲击、切削和犁割3种不同的冲击破坏模式;低冲击角度下,颗粒对靶板产生犁割作用,冲击范围广,产生的凹坑深度浅,形状为陨石坑样的密集小坑,对靶板的冲蚀破坏程度相对较弱。低角度下的斜切过程容易将材料从靶板上切除脱离,使靶板材料变薄;高角度下的斜切易将靶材堆积在冲击坑一侧,形成高度差,冲击角度35°是颗粒运动状态从斜切削变为犁割的分界角度。切屑脱离形成光滑冲击坑表面,其表面纹理呈波浪状,犁割状态下靶材表面形成大量不规则的陨石坑状波点,犁割对靶体产生的冲击破坏程度最小。上述结论对含杂质流体弯管弯折角度的研究具有重要意义。In order to study the fluid industry inevitable erosion wear phenomenon,both simulation and experiment methods were used,aiming at the change of impact angle of impurity particles in impact wear process,which is an important factor,research the change of the particle trajectory and target body was cutting dynamic change process of wear surface morphology,Abaqus finite element analysis was carried out on the specific process simulation,it is verified by the experiment of hard high speed steel particles impacting the flexible aluminum alloy target plate.The experimental results show that three different impact failure modes of impact,cutting and plough cutting are obtained after the particles impact on the target plate at different incident angles.At low impact angle,the particles have plough cutting and cutting effect on the target plate,and the impact range is wide.The concave pits produced are shallow,dense crater-like pits,and the erosion damage degree of the target plate is relatively weak.The oblique cutting process at low angle is easy to remove the material from the target plate and make the target plate material thin;Oblique cutting at high angle is easy to pile the target on the side of impact pit,forming height difference.The impact angle of 35°is the boundary angle when the particle motion state changes from oblique cutting to plough cutting.The smooth impact pit surface was observed to be formed by the chip detachment,and its surface texture was wavy.A large number of irregular crater-like wave points were formed on the target surface in the plough cutting state,and the impact damage to the target caused by plough cutting was the least.The conclusion above is of profound significance to the research of bending angle of bend pipe containing impurity fluid.
