摘　　要：目的观察改良生肌玉红膏联合泡沫敷料治疗老年压疮患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年10月启东市中医院外科及如皋市中医院外科片区收治的共70例老年压疮患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(35例)和治疗组(35例)。对照组患者采用常规治疗的基础上给予常规换药方法,治疗组患者采用改良生肌玉红膏联合泡沫敷料换药方法。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、压疮创面愈合时间、换药次数;比较两组患者治疗前后的创面各项评分、创面面积。结果治疗组2期、3期压疮患者的治疗总有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的压疮愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的换药次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的创面各项评分(肉芽形态评分、疼痛评分)、创面面积均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者的创面各项评分(肉芽形态评分、疼痛评分)、创面面积均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用改良生肌玉红膏联合泡沫敷料治疗老年压疮患者,可以加速患者的创面愈合,减轻创面疼痛,提高治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Modified Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with foam dressing for elderly patients with pressure ulcers.Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with pressure ulcer admitted to the Department of Surgery of Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Department of Surgery of Rugao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the treatment group(35 cases).Patients in the control group were given conventional dressing change method on the basis of conventional treatment,while patients in the treatment group were given Modified Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with foam dressing.The clinical treatment effect,pressure ulcer wound healing time and dressing change times were compared between the two groups.The wound scores and wound area before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rates of stage 2 and stage 3 pressure ulcer patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of pressure ulcers in treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of dressing change in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the wound scores(granulation morphology score and pain score)and wound area of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound scores(granulation morphology score,pain score)and wound area of the treatment group were less than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Modified Shengji Yuhong Ointment combined with foam dressing in the treatment of pressure ul
