新型冠状病毒Delta变异株感染者的临床特征及凝血功能分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)德尔塔(Delta)变异株感染者与原始株感染者在基本特性及凝血功能方面的差异。方法:比较79例武汉新冠病毒原始株感染者及83例莆田新冠病毒Delta变异株感染者的临床特征及凝血功能的差异,分析导致COVID-19患者凝血异常的危险因素。结果:莆田Delta变异株组的平均年龄低于武汉原始株组,且合并基础疾病、重型、危重型及死亡患者的比例更低,新冠疫苗接种比例更高(P<0.05),D-D、ALT水平更低,而LC及SpO_(2)水平则较高(P<0.05)。回归分析结果显示高龄、肝功能异常、未接种新冠疫苗、SpO_(2)低是导致COVID-19患者D-D升高>1.0μg/ml的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:莆田Delta变异毒株感染者的平均年龄低、病情更轻、死亡病例数少,且D-D水平较低。Objective:To explore the differences in basic characteristics and coagulation functions between the patients infected coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by Delta variant of concern(VOC)from ordinary-type.Methods:The differences in clinical features and coagulation function of 79 patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 ordinary-type in Wuhan and 83 patients with Delta VOC in Putian were compared,and the risk factors leading to abnormal coagulation in COVID-19 were analyzed.Results:The average age of the patients in the Putian Delta VOC group was younger,with the lower proportion of underlying diseases,as well as the lower proportion of severe,critical and death patients than Wuhan ordinary-type group,while the proportion of SARS-CoV-2 vaccination was higher(P<0.05).the levels of D-D,ALT was lower,while LC and SpO_(2) was higher(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the older age,abnormal liver function,non vaccination and lower SpO_(2) were independent risk factors of D-D>1.0μg/ml in patients with COVID-19(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients infected with the Delta variant in Putian had a lower average age,milder disease,and fewer deaths,while the lower lever of D-D.
