摘  要:目的通过对飞蛾藤的性状及显微鉴别研究,为其种属间的鉴定提供依据及其应用方向提供参考。方法对飞蛾藤全株进行性状鉴别,同时对根、茎、叶横切面和粉末进行显微特征鉴别。结果飞蛾藤植株性状叶片大都呈紫红色心形,叶被稀柔毛;果实萼片呈等长匙形,成熟后萼片分开;根横切面,皮层内具石细胞断续成环。显微鉴别观察茎横切面,皮层内可见散在草酸钙簇晶,皮层内侧具成环的纤维;叶横切面上表皮为1列类方形的薄壁细胞,且有非腺毛;栅栏组织为一列长方形细胞,无限外韧型维管束。结论本文对飞蛾藤的显微鉴别研究以期对飞蛾藤及飞蛾藤同科属植物相关研究提供一定的鉴定依据。Objective To provide the basis for the identification of species and genera and the application direction of the study on the characteristics and microscopic identification of the Phyllostachys SPP.Methods The characters of the whole plant,roots,stems and leaves were identified by cross section and powder microscopic characteristics.Results Most of the leaves were purplish red and heart-shaped,and the leaves were weakly pilose.Fruit sepals were spatulate,sepals separate after maturity.There were intermittent ring of stone cells in the cross-cut cortex of roots.Microscopic identification showed scattered clusters of calciμm oxalate crystals in the cortex of stem cross section,and there were ringed fibers in the cortex.The upper epidermis of the cross section of the leaf was a row of quadrangular parenchyma cells with non-glandular hairs.The palisade tissue was a row of rectangular cells with unlimited external tough vascular bundles.Conclusion The microscopic identification of Phyllostachys SPP and expected to provide a basis for the identification of phyllostachys SPP.
