摘　　要：目的了解2011~2019年贵州省重点地区男男同性恋(MSM)人群艾滋病病毒(HIV)新发感染状况。方法选取贵州省重点地区(贵阳市、遵义市红花岗区)2011~2019年哨点监测MSM人群为研究对象,对15146例MSM人群进行HIV检测,分析该人群的HIV感染情况;针对HIV确诊试验阳性,符合新发感染检测标准,并且血清库中留存血液样本的1545例研究对象,进行HIV新发感染检测,收集其人口学信息,分层描述新发感染人群分布情况。结果研究地区MSM人群HIV感染率为13.86%,感染人群中新发感染占比14.37%。学生、大专及以上学历、咨询检测发现的感染者中,新发感染占比较高。结论贵州省重点地区MSM人群HIV感染率较高,新发感染者以青年/大学生群体居多,应加强对该类群体的艾滋病防控工作。Objective To investigate the HIV incidence among men who have sex with men(MSM)in high prevalence regions of Guizhou Province from 2011 to 2019.Methods A total of 15146 cases of MSM group were selected in Guiyang City and Zunyi City Honghuagang District from 2011 to 2019,1545 subjects with HIV positive confirmatory test and blood samples available in the serum bank were tested by HIVLAg-Avidity EIA,and their demography information were collected to describe the distribution of new infection.Results HIV incidence of MSM group in the study area was 13.86%,and the recent HIV infection accounted for 14.37% of the infected population.MSM group in students,who had junior college degree or above,or who found by counseling and testing,accounted for a relatively high proportion of recent HIV infection.Conclusion The rate and proportion of recent infection of MSM group in regions of Guizhou are at high level.Increasing publicity should be strengthened to young college students.
