摘  要:大断面破碎围岩隧道的开挖,容易造成隧道掉块和坍塌,合理的施工工法能有效避免这些问题,并提高施工效率。依托海螺峪大断面破碎围岩隧道,针对岩体上软下硬的情况,开展隧道施工工法优化研究,并提出了一种新型的适应现场的HCD工法。采用三维有限元数值模拟软件MIDAS/GTS,分别对上下台阶法、CD工法和HCD工法进行数值模拟分析,从位移、塑性区、应力等方面进行对比分析,并结合现场监测数据,验证了HCD工法在该隧道施工过程中的合理性和安全性,研究成果可为相似上软下硬岩体大断面隧道的开挖提供一定的借鉴意义,具有理论和工程应用价值。The excavation of large section broken surrounding rock tunnel is easy to cause tunnel falling and collapse.Reasonable construction method can effectively avoid these problems and improve construction efficiency.In this paper,based on Hailuoyu large section broken surrounding rock tunnel,the optimization of tunnel construction method is studied according to the upper soft and lower hard rock mass,and a new HCD method suitable for the site is proposed.MIDAS/GTS,a three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation software,is used to carry out numerical simulation analysis on the upper and lower bench method,CD method and HCD method respectively.The comparative analysis is made from the displacement,plastic area,stress and other aspects.Combined with the field monitoring data,the rationality and safety of HCD method in the construction process of the tunnel are verified.The research results can be used for the excavation of large section tunnel with similar upper soft and lower hard rock,and have theoretical and engineering application value.
