摘 要:2019年夏在吉林农业科技学院温室大棚中发现一种君子兰新病害——叶枯病,发病部位主要为中下部叶片,从叶片边缘开始变褐,然后逐渐枯萎扩大,发病较重。为有效防治君子兰叶枯病,平板划线分离纯化君子兰叶枯病病原菌。依据柯赫氏法则、形态学测定和16S rDNA序列比对鉴定,确定了致病菌的分类地位,并测试了10种药剂对该病菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:君子兰叶枯病病原菌为蜡样芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus),质量分数20%噻菌铜悬浮剂和30%乙蒜素乳油抑菌效果最好。综上所述,明确了君子兰细菌性叶枯病致病菌种类,筛选出2种药剂可有效抑制病害的发生。A new leaf blight disease of Clivia miniata was found in Jilin Agricultural Science and Technology College in summer 2019.The main site of the disease was the middle and lower leaves,which began to brown from the edge of the leaves,then gradually withered and expanded,and the disease was more serious.To control C.miniata leaf blight,the method of streaking plate was used to isolate pathogen from the diseased samples.Based on Koch’s postulates,morphological characters and 16 S rDNA sequences analysis,taxonomic stats of pathogen and 10 bactericides inhibitory effect on the pathogen were tested.The results showed the pathogen was Bacillus cereus.Thiodiazole copper 20% SC and ethylicin 30% EC had the best inhibitory effect.Therefore,the pathogen of C.miniata leaf blight was identified as B.cereus.Two fungicides can effectively inhibit the leaf blight caused by B.cereus.
