摘  要:试验旨在研究复方发酵中药对热季育肥羔羊生长性能、血液生理、屠宰性能和肠道发育的影响。选择240只体重(37.17±0.44)kg的断奶羔羊,随机分为4组,分别添加饲粮干物质基础0、0.5%、1.0%和1.5%的发酵中药,试验周期90 d。结果表明:①试验全期添加1.0%组和1.5%发酵中药组相比对照组显著或极显著提高了羔羊的平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05或P<0.01),1.5%组干物质采食量(DMI)也极显著提高(P<0.01),尤其试验前期(第1~45天),温湿指数达79.04,1.0%组和1.5%组均极显著提高了育肥羔羊的ADG(P<0.01),DMI同样显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01),料重比也表现出降低趋势(0.05≤P<0.1)。②发酵中药可使白细胞数目表现出下降趋势(0.05≤P<0.1),其中0.5%组和1.0%组的中性粒细胞数和嗜碱性粒细胞数极显著(P<0.01)和显著(P<0.05)降低,而1.0%组嗜酸性粒细胞数极显著增加(P<0.01)。③发酵中药对羔羊的屠宰率无显著影响(P>0.05),但肝脏指数表现出升高趋势(0.05≤P<0.1)。④1.5%组相比对照组极显著提高了空肠绒毛宽度(P<0.01),1.0%组和1.5%组显著或极显著提高了绒毛高度和表面积(P<0.05或P<0.01),同时1.5%组极显著提高了绒隐比(P<0.01)。综上所述,饲粮中添加复方发酵中药可提高育肥羔羊的生长性能,改善肠道发育并提高机体免疫,以1.5%添加剂量最佳。The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of fermented traditional Chinese medi⁃cine(FCM)on the growth performance,blood physiology,slaughter performance and intestinal develop⁃ment of fattening lambs in hot season.Two hundred and forty weaned lambs weighted(37.17±0.44)kg were randomly assigned to four groups:the control group(0 FCM in the diet)and the FCM-supplement⁃ed groups whose diets were supplemented with 0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%FCM,respectively.The trial peri⁃od was 90 days.The results showed that:①The diets supplemented with 1.0%and 1.5%FCM signifi⁃cantly increased the daily weight gain(ADG)(P<0.05 or P<0.01)compared to the control and the 1.5%group dry matter intake(DMI)of fattening lambs was extremity significantly increased(P<0.01);particu⁃larly in the early period(day 1-45),the indoor temperature and humidity index reached 79.04,the FCM supplemented with 1.0%and 1.5%groups extremity significantly increased ADG(P<0.01)and significantly increased DMI(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the feed-to-weight ratio also demonstrat⁃ed a decrease tendency(0.05≤P<0.1).②The FCM decreased the number of white blood cells 0.05≤P<0.1),among which the 0.5%and 1.0%groups number of neutrophile granulocyte and basophilic granulocyte were decrease significantly compared to the control,and the number of eosinophilic granulo⁃cyte was extremity decreased in the 1.0%group.③The FCM had no significant effect(P>0.05)on slaugh⁃ter rate of fattening lambs,while the liver index showed an increasing trend(0.05≤P<0.1).④The FCM supplemented with 1.5%significantly increased the width(P<0.05)compared to the control,the 1.0%and 1.5%groups were very significantly increased villus height and surface area(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the villus height/crypt depth was also very significantly increased(P<0.01).In summary,the dietary FCM supple⁃ment could improve the growth performance and intestinal development and immune performance in fatten⁃ing lambs.The 1.5%supplementation has the best effect on relieving heat stress in fa
