摘 要:针对目前燃料电池汽车动力系统效率测评方法缺失的问题,文章从总能量来源与分配的角度提出了燃料电池汽车动力系统在不同工作模式下效率的计算方法,采用最小二乘法计算动力蓄电池的实时内阻,并得到了动力蓄电池的能量消耗量。以直连构型的燃料电池动力系统在动力系统测试台上进行了稳态工况运行试验,分析比较了动力系统在不同车速时各层级的功率变化,并对效率计算的方法进行了验证。In view of the lack of efficiency evaluation methods for fuel cell vehicle power system at present, this paper proposes a calculation method for the efficiency of fuel cell vehicle power system under different working modes from the perspective of total energy source and distribution,and uses the least square method to calculate the real time internal resistance of the power battery and obtains the energy consumption of the power battery.The fuel cell power system with direct connection configuration was tested on the power system test bench under steady operating conditions, and the power changes at different levels of the power system at different speeds were analyzed and compared, and the efficiency calculation method was verified.
