摘  要:硬件在环实验平台能有效地提高控制系统开发效率。现在各种汽车电控单元硬件在环平台专用化程度高、集成度低,操作较为繁琐。针对这些问题,文章设计了一款基于NI-PXI平台通用的汽车电控单元(ECU)硬件在环(HiL)测试系统,可提高系统集成度并简化操作方法。开发了基于LabVIEW和VeriStand的上位机监控管理界面,实现了手动测试、数据回放、模型仿真、电源控制等功能和系统设备的统一调度管理。设计了基于控制器局域网络(CAN)总线的通用故障注入模块,提高了经济性和适用范围。通过HiL系统对电控悬架,进行仿真测试,较好地验证了悬架控制器的控制逻辑,达到了预期测试效果。实际应用表明,该HiL系统使用方便且具有一定通用性,能够有效提高汽车电控单元(ECU)开发效率。The hardware-in-the-loop(HiL) experiment platform can effectively improve the efficiency of control system development.Nowadays, the HiL platform of various electronic control units(ECU) has a high degree of specialization and low of integration, thus cumbersome to operate.To solve these problems, this paper designed a universal HiL system for vehicle ECU tests based on the NI-PXI platform, which achieved the improved integration and simplified operation.Based on LabVIEW and VeriStand, the host computer monitoring and management interface was developed to implement manual testing, data playback, model simulation, power control, etc., which realized the unified scheduling and management of equipment.Meanwhile, a general fault injection module based on controller area network(CAN) bus was designed to improve the economy and application range.The HiL system was used to simulate and test the electronically controlled suspension, which achieved the expected test results, thus verified the control logic of the suspension controller.Finally,a test report was generated via running the test case.The practical application shows that this HiL system is easy to use and has a certain versatility, which can effectively improve the development efficiency of electronic control units.
