摘 要:文章主要对运动型多用途汽车(SUV)车型加速过程车内轰鸣噪声问题进行研究,从而解决车内噪声过大的问题。通过系统排查,主观评价判定为进气系统噪声引起,经过实车验证,发现车内轰鸣与进气系统噪声强关联。为此,采用改变进气管道声学模态的方式和进气系统加霍姆赫兹谐振腔的方式交叉验证。经过样件道路测试得出:采用加长进气系统管路的方案对于提高进气系统声传递损失、抑制车内轰鸣的效果最佳。改进后主观评价可接受,车内轰鸣点可减低6.4 dB(A),同时对相关联的整车动力性、经济性、排放等性能进行评估与确认,处于可接受范围。文章发现通过改变进气管声学模态能有效解决此类问题,并总结出此类问题的原因排查与解决方案。This paper mainly studied the booming in the vehicle of sport utility vehicle during acceleration, so as to solve the problem of booming in the cabin.Through systematic investigation:it is confirmed that it is caused by the noise of the air intake system by subjective evaluation.Through the verification of the vehicle, the booming is strongly related to the noise of the air intake system in the vehicle.Therefore, it is verified by changing the acoustic mode of the intake pipe and adding resonator to the intake system.After the road test, the measures of lengthening the intake system pipeline has the best effect on mitigating noise.The subjective evaluation is acceptable, the booming can be reduced by 6.4 dB(A) in the cabin, and the related performance are also within the acceptable range.This paper can solve such problems by changing the acoustic mode of the intake pipe and sum up the causes of such problems troubleshooting methods and solutions.
