摘 要:发动机塑料进气歧管相比传统的铝合金进气歧管,不仅在重量上有大幅减轻,且在发动机的动力性能、进气阻力和加工制造成本等方面都得到了显著提升。但是进气歧管作为发动机进气系统的关键零部件,由于其结构复杂,对材料选择及其加工工艺都具有很高的要求。文章主要介绍了研究发动机塑料进气歧管材料特性及其成型工艺,以及在国内外的发展现状及其趋势,为业内人士提供参考。旨在预测未来塑料进气歧管的发展方向,促进国内自主研究和掌握其生产加工核心技术,从而加快国内发动机塑料进气歧管的进程。Compared with the traditional aluminum alloy engine intake manifold, the plastic engine intake manifold is not only greatly reduced in weight, but also significantly improved in engine dynamic performance and manufacturing costs.However, as a key component of engine intake system, the engine intake manifold has high requirements on material selection and processing craft due to its complex structure.This paper mainly explores the state-of-the-art development status and prospect of plastic engine intake manifold on its material and technological process processing craft in the world, aiming at predicting the development direction of plastic engine intake manifold in the future, promoting independent research in domestic, and mastering its core technology of production and processing, so as to accelerate the progress of domestic plastic engine intake manifold.in order to supply referring information for the profession personnel.
