摘　　要：数字出版是出版在数字化技术应用和相应的管理手段创新作用下产生的新模式,技术与管理要素正在推动出版融合发展走入深水区。2011—2020年,相关部门出台了一系列文件,我国数字出版工作的制度体系基本建成;数字书报刊、数字教育、有声阅读、游戏动漫、网络文学等数字出版产业领域的规模和发展效益稳步提升;技术创新驱动产业发展,新技术、新标准、新平台不断涌现并加速应用;产业正在迈向生产传播一体化和运营服务智能化的深化发展阶段,结构不断优化,发展质量不断提升;在产业特征方面表现出内容精品化、产业平台化的趋势,业态模式创新速度较快。未来,应加强人才队伍建设,加大技术研发的投入,创新生产关系框架,推动我国出版业的深度融合发展。Digital publishing is a brand-new form of publishing under the influence of the application of digital technology and innovation of management,which is pushing the publishing integration into a new level.From 2011 to 2020,relevant departments have released a series of documents,and the institutional structure of digital publishing in China has basically been established;the scale and efficiency of digital publishing industry fields such as digital books,newspapers and periodicals,digital education,audio books,games and animations,and online literature have been constantly enlarged and improved;technological innovation has been driving industrial development,and new technologies,standards and platforms have been emerging and accelerating;the industry has been heading toward a deeper development stage of both an integration of production and dissemination,and a more intelligent framework of operation and service,with continuous structure optimization and development enhancement;In terms of industrial characteristics,it shows the trend of refined content and industrial platform,and the innovation speed of business model is fast.To encourage further integration of China's digital publishing industry,it is necessary to improve the growth of talent teams,to expand the investment in technological research and development,and to innovate the framework of production relations.
